Montemaria is nestled at a very strategic location in the country for a comprehensive national social development initiatives. It is situated at a convergence of two main important highways in the Philippines– the National highway and the Nautical Highway.

The two highways are the access roads from the north to the south and vice versa.  These access routes can serve as “Marian Corridors” for the delivery of the services of Mary Mother of the Poor to reach the poor communities in any part of the country.

Creating sub-centers along the major highways where high index  of poverty is identified, intensify more the efficiency and its greater impact in responding to the needs of the poor.

The road-network, the accessibility factor, integrated and comprehensive programs are key factors for social development that can emanate from the very heart of Montemaria.
